Apollo Bar and Apollo Kantine opened in spring 2017 in the Kunstal Charlottenborg, a Danish arts institution on Copenhagen’s central square, that’s been at the cutting edge of contemporary art since it was founded in 1883 and is neighbour to the Danish Academy of Fine Arts. In Apollo Bar spontaneity is prized so there are small plates to graze on at any time of the day and night and a large welcome.
