Niels HP is a Danish singer, composer, and percussionist with roots in soul, jazz, and funk—and a voice that has travelled from New York’s Sugar Bar to Tivoli’s Open-Air Stage. He made his debut as lead singer of Ridin’ Thumb and has since performed on stages with, among others, the DR Big Band, Tivoli’s Late Night Orchestra, the Athens Big Band, and Kjeld Lauritsen.

With two solo albums behind him - Promises of Rain and Bumpy Road - and a third on the way, Niels HP is a singer with presence, ease, and a rare ability to capture the hearts of his audience.
