However, two of Denmark’s strongest jazz musicians — Jesper Bodilsen and Francesco Calì — appear on a few tracks, bringing the sound closer to the iconic Rickie Lee Jones album PopPop. Also in the American tradition, they chose to record a cover of Steely Dan’s Don’t Take Me Alive — a band they are both big fans of. The genre is singer/songwriter, or cantautor in Spanish.
