Musiksanseriet's maternity concert is created especially for babies under one year old - and for those who want to give your child their very first concert experience in a calm, close and baby-friendly setting.

For the very little ones, music, sensation and motor development are inextricably linked. The child senses music with their whole body, and when the senses are supported while the music is playing, the motor, language and cognitive development are given the best conditions. Music and sensation therefore naturally merge in the concert, where you are presented with baby blues, delicious ear-catching tunes and wildly swinging dance hits.

Malene Kjærgård's warm, beautiful voice and Calle Brickman's atmospheric playing on the grand piano fill the room with presence and musical magic. In 2023, Musiksanseriet received the Danish Music Awards Jazz “Children's Jazz Award”, and in the same year Malene Kjærgård was nominated for the Carl Prize as “Composer of the Year – Children's Music”. Musiksanseriet has released four albums and a Christmas EP with more than 10 million streams, played a multitude of concerts all over the country and built a strong musical universe for children and their adults – including via Musiksanseriet's Instagram profile with over 25,000 followers. Numbers that are great – but most importantly: Music has found its way into the lives of many children and adults.
