Johanna Linnea Jakobsson is a saxophonist, singer and composer, and in June 2022 released her debut album "Alone Together". With lyrical saxophone playing and mesmerizing vocals, she has with her first album garnered many fine reviews around Europe and abroad - most recently titled 'Best Vocal Jazz' in the prestigious Japanese jazz magazine Jazz Hihyo's 'Jazz Audio Disc Award 2022'.

Johanna was born and raised in a Danish-Swedish family in Copenhagen, and has lived in Sweden in recent years. In addition to being an active musician on the Scandinavian jazz scene, she has also worked as a composer in theatre and short films, most recently in connection with the Scandinavian jazz scene. Shoots Viaplay's youth series "One of the Boys". On November 17, 2023, she also released the EP "Some Other Time" - a collection of three classic standards played on quartet and vocals in front, and she is also in full swing on her next album.
