The G·Bop Orchestra is an international and critically acclaimed experimental percussion heavy ensemble based in Copenhagen. Led by percussionist and composer Greta Eacott, the band has gone on to release five records (recorded in One Take in various non- studio settings) and toured across Europe, with a flexible line-up featuring different combinations of players. Their high tension acoustic live shows bring fresh and abstract musical ideas together with a clarity and direction, making the G·Bop orchestra as at home touring with a pop band as they are in an art gallery.

For Copenhagen Jazz Festival 2024, the G·Bop Orchestra return for a special one-off 10TH B’DAY show. Playing material spanning from their origins in 2014 and right up until now. Expect an energetic and charged performance with sumptuous and sparse marimba, brass, strings and percussion!
