Paradise Jazz continues the long-standing collaboration with Monday Night Big Band, which is still led by forever-young, now 85-year-old, Niels Jørgen Steen. The repertoire is mostly swing and bebop (Cole Porter, Jerome Kern, Duke Ellington, Count Basie and others), arranged by conductor Steen, with his supreme ability to make a big band sound good.
The audience is guaranteed big band jazz that our parents and grandparents valued, led into 2024 by eternally young Steen and his well-playing big band musicians.
