The Supreme Court is a musical collective with a solid core consisting of bassist Jonathan Rahbæk, drummer Andreas Fryland, keyboard player Jacob Broholm.
The band was formed more than 12 years ago in a joint initiative with rap legend Al Agami, and quickly became a permanent part of the Copenhagen hip-hop/jazz underground. Since then, the band has manifested itself as a solid, exuberant and energetic live band both as a purely instrumental orchestra at various jazz clubs, but also as a backing band for changing soloists such as Patrick Dorgan, Kuku Agami and E. Brown.
Kuku Agami is one of the absolute heavyweights in Danish hip-hop and Freestyle jazz-rap.
He began his career in 1989 and a few years later he had great success with "Al Agami & The Agoni Brothers", a family band with brothers Al and Joseph. The group's release "Covert Operations" (Mega Records) won a Grammy in 1993.
Later, Kuku became almost a household name on the TV screen with "Zindy Kuku Boogaloo". and in recent years he has performed with popular funk bands such as "Wonderbrazz", "Ridin' Thump" and Ida Nielsen (PRINCE etc.)....
