Malene Kjærgård is a singer who is able to draw any audience with her voice, her irresistible presence and very special ability to interpret, and perhaps that is precisely why she has been an inevitable name on the Danish jazz scene for the last 10 years.
Since Malene released her critically acclaimed debut album "Happy Feet" in 2013, she and her band have toured throughout Denmark, most of Europe and Japan.
When the pandemic took hold and all of Malene's concerts were cancelled, Malene used all her energy to create two musical universes for children: "Musiksanseriet" and "Jorden Rundt", for which she has won two Danish Music Awards: "Børnejazzprisen" in 2020 as well as 2023.
