With almost 15 years behind it, Copenhagen Trashzzfestival is a regular feature during Cph Jazzfest. The festival started as a counterpart to the more mainstream version of the time and is now an integral part of one of Europe's most trend-setting festivals. Copenhagen Trashzzfestival takes place at Lygten Station, and again this year presents a blast of a program that pays tribute to experimental music. The festival is based on improvisational music, but also presents ambient, electronic and varieties of punk, rock and noise. Lygten station is one of the most overlooked venues in Copenhagen, equipped with magnificent sound, majestic scenery and priceless intimacy, plus one of the city's nicest bars and hang-outs!
