Testmann Jazz plays swinging vocal mainstream jazz, ballads, bossas and bebop.
The orchestra consists of five seasoned musicians who both master the best numbers from “The Great American Songbook” and Latin American numbers from, among others, Antonio Carlos Jobim’s hand as well as numbers composed by Ole Matthiesen.

Drummer Lars Bo Lindblad started his career in the 80s by making the jazz clubs in Aarhus unsafe, where he played with all the biggest local names before taking over Copenhagen
Bassist Ole Rahr, received lessons from the legendary Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen and stepped into his jazz musical childhood shoes for 10 years with Finn Ziegler at La Fontaine and with Ole Nezer at his piano bar. In addition, Ole Rahr has accompanied most domestic and foreign jazz luminaries.
On this evening's occasion, the Danish/Swedish Bjarne Roupé, who belongs to the elite of European guitarists, will participate. His playing is known for being imbued with characteristic tasteful refinements, the original harmonic perception, the sure taste and the subdued, sometimes almost dreamy sound on the guitar.
