Testmann Jazz plays swinging vocal mainstream jazz, ballads, bossas and bebop.
The orchestra consists of five seasoned musicians who both master the best numbers from “The Great American Songbook” and Latin American numbers from, among others, Antonio Carlos Jobim’s hand as well as numbers composed by Ole Matthiesen.
The orchestra has existed for more than 15 years and has played together in cafes, jazz clubs and at private events.

At the front is singer Peter Testmann, who convinces with his unmistakable talent from the first note.
Behind him is saxophonist Jens Søndergaard, one of the country’s most sought-after musicians, who has a wealth of recordings behind him with both Danish and foreign stars such as Kenny Werner and Lee Konitz.
