Marie Mørck is among the most promising vocal jazz talents in Denmark at the
moment. Despite her young age, she impresses every listener and leaves a big
impression with her soft, dark voice. She has a deep-rooted love for traditional
jazz, but does not refrain from pushing the music in her own modern direction.
Marie was nominated for a Danish Music Awards Jazz in 2020 in the category
'Vocal jazz release of the year' for her debut album 'Fooling Around'.
Marie Mørck released her 2nd album 'Songs to Comfort' in March 2023 which
was named ’jazz album of the week’ on Danmarks Radio P8 Jazz, due to her
original voice and irresistible talent as a singer and songwriter. DR P8 Jazz has
also shown their enthusiasm for Marie Mørck since her debut and has diligently

In November 2024, Marie Mørck represented Denmark during the Jazzy Colors
Festival in Paris with a sold-out performance at La Maison du Danemark on
Avenue des Champs-Elysées.
