A dusty and atmospheric blues project created by Irish singer/songwriter Richard Farrell and Danish producer/bassist Laust "Krudtmejer" Nielsen, Trainman Blues combines the essence of blues, gospel, and soul with modern production techniques. Their unique sound has earned them high praise and a dedicated fan base across Denmark, Europe, and the US.

Their debut album won Best Blues Album at the 2018 Danish Music Awards, marking their powerful entry into the scene. In 2021, they released their second album, Shadows and Shapes, which was met with tremendous reviews and not only won Best Blues Album at the DMA’s but also Best Live Band.

In Spring 2022, they released their latest live album, Live from the Station, which was nominated for Best Album at the DMA’s 2022. All of their albums are available on vinyl and CD.
