The rising Swedish drummer Cornelia Nilsson (b. 1992) has quickly made a strong impression on the Scandinavian jazz scene. Over the past eight years, she has performed across Europe with names such as Ben Besiakov, Tim Hagans, Seamus Blake, Mathias Landæus, Anders ‘AC’ Christensen, Tomas Franck, and Gilbert Holmström, to name just a few. She was pianist legend Kenny Barron’s drummer of choice for a concert in Madrid in 2019, and in May 2022 she played two concerts with bass icon Ron Carter.

WHERE DO YOU GO?, her critically acclaimed debut album released in February 2024, showcases the Swedish drummer in two different trios: one with the brilliant American pianist Aaron Parks, and the other with the fiery Hungarian tenor saxophonist Gabor Bolla.
