On Thursday, July 9th, we invite you to enjoy food and music in beautiful harmony. The evening starts with a communal meal, followed by a jazz concert with the Sebastian Zawadzki Nordic Trio.
We sit at long tables, and the day’s menu is served on platters that we share with each other. This means that you may have to ask your neighbor to hand you the bread, and you may also want to pay attention to whether everyone at the table has had what they wanted.
The trio then plays music from their new acoustic jazz album Cornea. The music provides an intimate acoustic soundscape, where the details are in focus, and where the interplay between piano, double bass and drums creates an open, cinematic and Nordic-inspired universe.
