In our “Andaluz” kitchen we are taking inspiration from the culinary melting pot of the coastal regions of both the the atlantic and mediterranean seas surrounding southern Spain.
From north Africa through the iberian peninsula and France, all the way to the roman empire and the middle east. Reflecting like that the different cultures making its impact on Andalusia since the start of civilisations.
At LUN we honor the emerged Andalusian mozarabe kitchen through a modern mindset, using specially imported products, combined with local danish produce in season, creating like that our own particular experiences.
Flavour and authenticity is the focus.
