Until the new church on Teglholmen is completed, Sydhavn Parish has been given the opportunity to borrow a somewhat unusual temporary church from the Church Foundation — namely a houseboat church. The houseboat church, also called Kirkeskibet 2450, is moored by Alfred Nobels Bridge on Teglholmen.
As a starting point, Kirkeskibet 2450 functions as Sydhavn’s second church. In addition to regular church services such as baptisms, weddings, and funerals, the vessel also hosts a wide range of other events, such as lectures, church salons, sound baths, church yoga, concerts, and more.

Metro M4 kører til Enghave Brygge metrostation, hvorfra det tager 5 minutter at gå til Kirkeskibet.
