Teaming up with three of Europe's finest and most sought-after jazz musicians: pianist Carl Winther, bassist Andreas
Lang, and drummer Anders Mogensen, the Walt Weiskopf European Quartet (WWEQ) will commence a two-week
tour in Tallinn, Estonia, with other performances following throughout Denmark, Sweden, Germany, and France.
WWEQ musicians accompanying Weiskopf have attracted world-wide attention with their talents touring with jazz
greats Jerry Bergonzi, Tim Hagans, Adam Nussbaum, Jeff "Tain" Watts, Greg Hutchinson, and David Liebman.
At the conclusion of the tour, WWEQ will record their second album in Copenhagen where U.S. tenor giant Walt
Weiskopf will showcase the confluence of three of Europe's most exciting rhythm section artists.

Steely Dan Tour:
With twenty critically-acclaimed albums and countless sideman credits, Weiskopf will also tour, for the fifteenth year,
with Steely Dan during their UK/Ireland Tour with Steve Winwood in February/March of 2019.
Weiskopf has been a member of the legendary Steely Dan since 2003. He started his career with the Buddy Rich band at
the age of 21. In the years since, he has released 20 CD's featuring a stellar cast of the best contemporary jazz musicians
including Brad Mehldau, John Pattituci, Joe Magnarelli, Renee Rosnes, Joe Locke, Conrad Herwig, Peter Zak, Billy
Drummond, and Peter Washington to name a few.
Led by co-founder/singer Donald Fagen, Steely Dan has been continuing as a touring act since the 2017 death of cofounder
Walter Becker. The band is best known for hits such as "Do it Again," "Reelin' In the Years," "Josie," "Deacon
Blues," "Peg" and "Hey Nineteen” among many others.
