Homies

The three members of HOMIES were first introduced in 2001 as part of the internationally acclaimed band Anderskov Accident – a group that blended improvisation and heavily arranged, complex structures with references to abstract math and modern classical music. As a trio, they focus solely on improvisation while retaining clear influence from these and other foundational structures, yielding a unique sound of obscurely-gridded action-drone free-jazz.
THEQIETUS:
"No compromises, no concessions to any recent revived public interest in jazz.”
PASSIVE/AGGRESSIVE:
"You can call it anything. This is a sound that exudes life and impression."
JAZZNYT:
"It is a close-knit musical collective. Very recommendable to jazz listeners who think they have heard
everything."
