Old friends Chris Clermont and Henrik Engqvist guest Kulturhuset Islands Brygge with their joint musical project.

Clermont and Engqvist go way back…

As they say….“Brothers From Another”

Fellow students from “Musicians Institute Los Angeles Hollywood California” back in the days.

Since then they have been recording and touring together in Europe and US with the band FunkThis. Now it's time to realize their own project “CLERMONT/ENGQVIST, playing both original compositions and new arrangements of cover tunes by the likes of Stevie Wonder and Donna Hathaway, just to name a few.

It will be a great, groovy and funky night at Kulturhuset Islands Brygge on Friday, February 18th, 2022.

Engqvist have been touring with: Jimmi Haslip, Robben Ford, Jeff Richman, Alex Acuna, Russel Ferrante.

Clermont is known for his work with the great Barry White, Snoop Dog, Dr Dre and the list ...
