BIBLIOTEKET (“The Library”) in north-west Copenhagen/Bispebjerg is, despite its name, much more than just a library. BIBLIOTEKET is a cultural hub that combines a library, culture centre, creative workshops, community centre, Citizen Service, a café and concert hall under one roof. Since its doors first opened in May 2011, it has been well visited and has particularly close contact with the local area.
