Sinne Eeg is known to be, if possible, even better live than on CD. Sinne Eeg had her big breakthrough with the CD "Waiting For Dawn" in 2007, for which she received a Danish Music Award (DMA) for "Best Jazz Vocal Album 2007". Politiken's Boris Rabinowitch gave her a rare 6 out of 6 hearts in his review of the CD. Sinne Eeg has since received several awards, including Queen Ingrid's Honorary Legacy, Ben Webster Prize, ), DR Jazz Prize, 5 x Danish Music Award, the prestigious French jazz prize Palmares from L'Academie Du Jazz (the 60 most important jazz critics in France), Holstebro Municipality's Music Prize and the magazine Jazzspecial: Publication of the Year .
