Gjethuset is an active music and cultural center, which is the setting for everything from concerts and conferences to children's theater, professional touring theater, chamber music and international exhibitions. North of Copenhagen, we are the largest and most beautiful cultural center - and the building itself is worth a visit. Although we are geographically located in outskirts of the metropolitan region, we have an ambition to deliver a diverse program of high quality. We dare to think big and small - and do it successfully. We call it "periphery with boldness."
