After over 1,000,000 streams on spotify, and eight albums of original music; predominantly with an impressive selection of international jazz names, Morten Haxholm returns to his roots with a Scandinavian indie jazz sound with the band "Aether".
The band released the debut album 30 June 2023, has since received great reviews, been in A-rotation on P8 jazz, as well as DMA jazz nominated 2023.
A new album will be recorded in November 2024 - and released in May 2025. The first album had "ballad" as a concept, the second album has a general concept of faster tempos - but with the same airy spherical Scandinavian sound. The concert will consist of a mixed repertoire from both albums.
