There's a new critically acclaimed album out from multi-instrumentalist Gustaf Ljunggren and drummer Emil de Waal. Their fourth album "Mikeoklima" calls for a live concert with the duo in Montmartre.

The duo has a reputation for creating songs and sounds with subtlety and storytelling, as well as an incredible ability to create a strong connection with their audience when playing live.

Their sound is genre-breaking and can best be described as a mix of jazz, electronic music, avant-garde and cinematic soundscapes.

Emil de Waal has been one of Denmark's distinctive drummers for three decades. He is best known for his work leading the band Kalaha and his collaborations with Elith ‘Nulle’ Nykjær. He has performed with edge and inventiveness with most of the big names in modern Scandinavian jazz.
