NOUT
Experience NOUT – an explosive and curiously explorative trio that turns upside down everything you thought was possible with flute, harp and drums. Their music moves freely between jazz, noise and rock – and you never quite know where you’ll end up… but you’ll definitely feel it in your body.
Missing link between Nirvana and Sun Ra, the collaboration between Delphine Joussein, Rafaëlle Rinaudo and Blanche Lafuente aims at pushing their instruments beyond their limits, with the enthusiasm of a mad scientist in front of his vials. Flute, harp, drums: a rare combination that this trio turns upside down.
In the wake of John Zorn’s experiences on the borders of jazz and noise, Nout imagines its music as a scenario with surprising twists: we believe to be Ellen Ripley in Alien but we find ourselves in Indiana Jones; we start with our eyes shut on the red seat of a movie theater and we end up rocking in a moshpit.

RECORDER RECORDER
Recorder Recorder weaves together drones, poetry, recorders and electronic effects in a fragile, intense and intimate solo performance. The soundscape is electroacoustic with traces of classical and Nordic folk traditions. The poetic texts are brought to life by a light vocal expression, contrasted by industrial and electronic elements.
Behind the solo project Recorder Recorder is classically trained recorder player Stine Benjaminsen, who creates a stylistic bridge between the neoclassical and the improvised. She explores the slowness of drone-based music through gentle vocal harmonies and more rhythmic contrasts from bass recorder and electronics – moving from rapid and fierce improvisations to complete silence and stillness.
Recorder Recorder makes music within a self-invented genre she calls drone poems. Drone poems is also the title of her debut EP, released via indie label 10 Fingers in 2022....
