When Icelandic guitar virtuoso Andrés Thor performs at The Posthus Theatre you can expect catchy and inventive compositions. With his warm tone, melodic sensitivity and deep-rooted sense of form and freedom, Andrés has established himself as a distinctive voice on the Nordic jazz scene in recent years.

The repertiore features new and original music by Andres, played with an approach rooted in both jazz and rock music. The band draws on a wide range of influences - from the spacious Nordic jazz to the expressive power of classic guitar-led ensembles. The set list also offers selected classics from, for example, the Beatles and the Danish song tradition.
