The Heise/von Bülow Duo consists of two of Denmark’s leading young jazz musicians, Mathias Heise and Pelle von Bülow.

Mathias is also a pianist and composer and has collaborated in Denmark with the DR Big Band, with whom he released the album The Beast (2018) to enthusiastic critical acclaim: “He is almost too good to be true,” wrote Politiken. He has also released three albums with his band Mathias Heise Quadrillion, one album with Mathias Heise Quintet, and an album with classical accordion virtuoso Bj...
