George Garzone is a legendary American jazz saxophonist from Boston, Massachusetts. As a soloist and member of the group The Fringe, he has appeared on countless albums throughout his long career, performing with respected artists such as Dave Holland, Kenny Barron, Tom Harrell and many others. He is also an influential and innovative jazz educator who has taught the likes of Branford Marsalis, Joshua Redman and Mindi Abair at the Berkeley College of Music.
