Vocalist and songwriter Amanda Kluxen creates an atmospheric musical experience, drawing the listener into an organic and thoughtful universe. In the meeting of the rhythmic and the classical – renewal and tradition – Amanda’s nuanced and delicate soundscapes emerge, floating freely and intuitively between genres. Her music draws on elements of both singer-songwriter, Nordic jazz, the Danish song tradition, and modern choral music. With heartfelt and melancholic Danish lyrics her songs revolve around vulnerability and strength, as well as nature. Amanda has a background in the Danish National Girls’ Choir and has also composed music for the choir. She made her debut as a composer in the summer of 2024 with the piece "The Roaring Sea."
