**FREE JAZZ CONCERTS AT NORDHUS ALL WEEK**

From July 7th to July 12th, we’re hosting free jazz concerts, both in our courtyard and in our concert hall.

Nordhus is a newly established cultural center in the heart of Nordhavn, run by 25 passionate young culture creators aged 18–25.

On Friday, July 11th at 9:00 PM, we are visited by Psychobillyjazz 3.

Psychobillyjazz 3 is both the name of the band and the genre tag for this new trio, which, with surprising naturalness since its formation in early 2024, has been rehearsing, recording their upcoming album, and already playing concerts at both the Copenhagen and Aarhus Jazz Festivals.

The band consists of alto saxophonist, keyboardist, and punk jazz legend TS Høeg, along with two young, talented, and highly active hybrid musicians: guitarist Halfdan Stefansson and drumme...

The band consists of alto saxophonist, keyboardist, and punk jazz legend TS Høeg, along with two young, talented, and highly active hybrid musicians: guitarist Halfdan Stefansson and drummer Johannes Jacobsen. Both are also involved in their own bands, as well as a shared project in the neorock trio Bending Backwards.

Psychobillyjazz 3 hits with a revitalizing force in the narrow space between jazz and rock, yet somewhere between heaven and hell. This is precisely the gap they aim to fill on the dancefloor.
