Sundby Church has an active musical profile with concerts in various genres, for example classical, jazz and folk musik. The church is light and inviting and has, especially after the latest renovation in 2022, good conditions for concerts, also for larger ensembles and orchestras. In the latest years, the church organist and concert manager, Erik Jakobsson, has developed and expanded the concert series up to 18-20 concerts a year. Among the many different partners are established artists as well as young talents, The Royal Danish Academy of Music as well as the local music schools, and as this year, The Copenhagen Jazz Festival.
