Langelinieskuret will, from the summer of 2026, become an official venue of the Copenhagen Jazz Festival – a natural next step for a house where architecture, history and a vibrant cultural life meet directly on the waterfront. Langelinieskuret is a spacious and versatile venue overlooking the harbour, with an event area of approximately 450 m² that can accommodate up to 400 guests. The listed warehouse from the 1890s was originally designed by Vilhelm Dahlerup and has today been carefully restored and refurbished in close collaboration with award‑winning architect David Thulstrup, who is responsible for the new interior design of the wine bar and event space. The historic vaulted ceilings and original materials are combined with a modern, tactile and minimalist expression, creating a unique scenography for jazz experiences – close to both the water and the city.
As a jazz venue, Langelinieskuret lends itself equally well to seated concert layouts and standing/club formats, and the room can easily be adapted to different types of jazz events – from intimate concerts to larger label nights, receptions or corporate gatherings as part of the festival programme. The capacity is up to 400 guests, and the floor area of around 450 m² offers flexibility for stage, audience areas, bar and any exhibition or merch zones.
The space is equipped with high‑speed Wi‑Fi and technical infrastructure that can be expanded as needed in collaboration with the festival and the organisers’ own production partners. Catering can be provided by Gas.Op, who, with a focus on high‑quality ingredients, can tailor everything from simple bar and snack solutions to full food and beverage concepts for entire concert evenings.
Langelinieskuret is operated as part of Office Club’s meetings and events business, and fully tailored solutions and pricing are always offered based on the specific event format, time frame and technical requirements. As an official Copenhagen Jazz Festival venue, both Danish and international artists gain access to a historic waterfront setting, restored to contemporary standards – featuring architecture signed by David Thulstrup, easy access from the city centre, bus connections right to the door and the life of the harbour as a natural backdrop to the music.
