After releasing the first part of his album Yong-Gwanglo back in April, the eminent instrumentalist, whose real name is Christian Ki Dall, was showered with critical acclaim and stars.
Ki! adds all kinds of musical spices in a marvellous genre mix that sends sun salutations to names like Fela Kuti, George Harrison, J Dilla, Link Wray and Sharon Jones. GAFFA wrote in their five-star review of the release:

While Part One was primarily instrumental, several of the upcoming album's tracks feature vocal tracks. For example, ‘Non Stop Action’ takes the listener to 90s East Coast hip-hop with rap lines from Al Agami and ‘Bright Side’ features Carl Coleman of Palace Winter blending Motown sensibilities with atmospheric indie-folk.
Ki! is a producer and multi-instrumentalist whose love of music has led him to explore techniques and sounds from many different genres and eras. Yong-Gwanglo means ‘Crucible’ in Korean and tells the story of both Ki!'s music and his personal biography. As reflected in his name, Christian Ki Dall was born in Korea but grew up in Denmark....
