Cort Lunde
Cort Lunde consists of Thomas Cortes (bass, sampler, and more) and Erik Lunde (trumpet, flutes, and more). The duo focuses on translating objects such as the plant collection Flora Danica or a modernist painting into sounds, tones, and rhythms.
Cort Lunde creates musical interpretations of nature and culture through a research-based process that evolves via instrumental synergy, digital electroacoustic processing, and the use of field recordings.
