Graig Earle and the American drummer Richard Huntley, who have been part of EHQ since 2013: Hess and Huntley met in New York in 2013 and have toured and recorded in the USA, Japan and Europe together. Graig with performances at various festivals and venues in Denmark and abroad.
Emil Hess, internationally active Copenhagen saxophonist and composer, has written over 400 compositions, released 18 albums, won the “Danish Music Award” for best Danish jazz album and has played over 1500 concerts at home and abroad.Has played with, among others, Mulgrew Miller, Lars Jansson, Marilyn Mazur and brothers Nikolaj and Mikkel Hess. www.emilhess.dk
