Fini Broadbery is commonly known as a jazz pianist, but fewer people know that he began his musical career as a singer in the Copenhagen Royal Chapel Choir. He brings these two forms of expression together in this concert, where he appears as both pianist and vocalist.

The combination of Fini’s soft and pure vocal tone with his at times raw and uncompromising piano style makes the music vibrant and almost effortlessly playful. Joining him in the ensemble are some remarkable young musicians who—despite their age—have already made their mark on the Danish jazz scene.
