I kølvandet på John Zorns eksperimenter i grænselandet mellem jazz og noise forestiller Nout sig deres musik som et scenarie fyldt med overraskende twists: vi tror, vi er Ellen Ripley i Alien, men pludselig befinder vi os i Indiana Jones; vi starter med lukkede øjne i den røde biografsæde og ender med at stå og gynge i en moshpit.

NOUT var udvalgt til JAZZMIGRATION #7 i 2022.
NOUT var finalist ved Jazz à la Défense Jazz Festival 2022, hvor Delphine Joussein vandt prisen for bedste instrumentalist.
