In 2005, Akablay formed the ABIZA BAND, touring extensively across almost every African Country. To date, The ABIZA BAND has played in 48 African Countries. Along the way Akablay played with Orlando Julius, Sonti Ndebele, Atongo Zimba & Peter White amongst others.
