Over more than three decades, award-winning Danish bassist, composer, and producer Anders “AC” Christensen has developed a distinctive voice as a bassist, composer, and collaborator across jazz, rock, pop, and film music. Christensen has toured extensively in Denmark and internationally, performing with artists including Paul Motian, Tomasz Stańko, Lee Konitz, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Joe Lovano, Jakob Bro, Brian Blade, The Raveonettes, Sort Sol, and The Savage Rose. He has also composed the scores for several celebrated films and has received multiple Danish Music Awards, the Ben Webster Prize in 2021, and the Jazz Musician of the Year award in 2025.
