Sofie´s Jazz Club is a genuine child of the old "Montmartre". The music moved here when Montmartre was closed in the mid-70´ies. We are - as a venue -second in seniority only to our good friends at LaFontaine. And in all these years we have had the luck to be able to present the best musicians from home and abroad. We´re - fortunately - still going strong.
This year, our public grants have been almost halved. Somebody obviously doesn´t like our music. Consequently, we have "white spots" in this years programme. But we are a lot who really likes the real stuff. So we might make up for it.
