Goran Kajfeš is a trumpeter, band leader, producer, and composer who constantly explores and moves across genres with his various constellations. He has been part of groups like Oddjob, Nacka Forum, Angles 9, Tropiques, and Fire! Orchestra, the last of which ALICE has had the pleasure of presenting before, and he has won the Nordic Music Prize and several Swedish Grammy Awards. Andreas Tilliander is, like few others, a deeply integrated part of the Swedish electronic music scene – both as a long-standing and successful solo artist and active across a wide range of genres under several different names, but also as an enlightening host for the Swedish radio program “Elektroniskt i P2”.
The duo has performed several concerts in Sweden since 2019, and now we have the pleasure of hosting them at ALICE during the Copenhagen Jazz Festival, where they will present the brand new piece “In Cmin” – a tribute to Terry Riley’s iconic “In C”....
