Mais Uma plays extroverted, entertaining and uplifting Brazilian-inspired live music with the singer Mai Seidelin in front supported by some of Denmark's best jazz musicians. On this day, Mais Uma has teamed up with the local saxophone star Hans Ulrik, who has played in countless contexts in Danish jazz ensembles and who is known, among other things, from Danmarks Radio's Bigband.
The music is both dance-friendly and dramatic, and there is a guarantee of refreshing interpretations of Brazil's great artists such as Jobim and Elis Regina, in a beautiful mix with the orchestra's own songs. Mais Uma has toured most of the world from Rio de Janeiro to Shanghai and often performs with soloists from Brazil.
