Described by The Quietus as “fresh, future-sounding” Jan Kadereit’s recent release Áshira, featuring the renowned Gamelan Salukat ensemble, channeled his deep dive into non-western tunings and percussion through intricately woven rhythms. For this performance, Jan moves to a sculpturalistic hybrid set-up - designed by Calum Builder - consisting of terracotta pots, broken driftwood, 2-meter long pipes and shards of river stones from India.

Jan’s joined by three winds/vocalists: Sarah Buchner, Calum Builder and Flavia Huarachi to perform this music.
