FIELD is a German-Danish quartet led by saxophonist Uli Kempendorff. With Christopher Dell on vibraphone, Jonas Westergaard on bass, and Peter Bruun on drums, the group explores intricate compositions that blend sharp melodic turns with dynamic rhythmic structures. Rooted in jazz but reaching far beyond, FIELD has released critically acclaimed albums including Someone Talked and Who Are You Sending This Time?. The band also presents WINDOWS 1–6, a suite of poly-dimensional works by Peter Bruun, born from a lifelong study of rhythmic design.
