ARSHIA's creativity is spread across a wide musical palette; From singing and producing alternative RnB to playing saxophone in the post-punk band Leizure. But at the heart of his work lies conceptual storytelling. Inspired by character work and narrative techniques from the world of film, in combination with experimental compositions reminiscent of acts such as CHINAH, James Blake and Frank Ocean, ARSHIA leads you through unpredictable narratives. ARSHIA is currently working on her collaborative debut album 'SALAMATI' with PAYDAR, which explores 'Middle Eastern Club Music', as a tribute to different musical dance cultures from around the world, with a focus on community, well-being and cultural origins, as 'Salamati' means both health and toast in Farsi.
