Jacob Artved (1998) is one of the newer names to have established himself on both the Danish and international jazz scene over the past few years.
He grew up in Copenhagen in a musical family and has been playing an instrument since early childhood. Since then, he has performed concerts all over the world with some of today’s leading jazz musicians.
He is currently based in New York, where he works and performs throughout the city as well as across the United States.
Jacob has released four albums under his own name, featuring appearances by jazz greats such as Louis Hayes and Billy Hart. His releases include “Jacob Artved Live at Montmartre”, “Metamorphosis”, and “Something for Someone”.
In addition, Jacob has toured across Europe, South America, Asia, and large parts of the United States with jazz artists such as Charles McPhers...
