What is Copenhagen Jazz Fest without our finest traditions?
Bjorn Ingelstam has put together a super group for this years Swing Party featuring the rising star of the tenor saxophone Gideon Tazelaar from Amsterdam and nowadays residing in New York. They will play a mixed repertoire from the Jazz tradition with an eye towards the hard swinging groups of Duke Ellington, Louis Armstrong to Art Blakey as well as some vocal features for Ingelstam.
