Andreas Toftemark has in a short time established himself as one of the leading young saxophonists on the Danish jazz scene. He has performed in large parts of the world, including Brazil, France, Germany and the USA, etc. and played concerts with internationally recognized musicians such as Benny Benack III, Ethan Iverson, Rodney Green, Peter Bernstein, Gerard Presencer, etc. Andreas is signed to April Records, where he has released three critically acclaimed albums under his own name. Andreas has a BA from The New School of Jazz in New York and a European Jazz Master from Copenhagen, Berlin and Paris.
