Mette Hommel is a flutist, performer and improviser. Through free improvisation she moves in the limbo between genres and creates soundscapes with electronic effects and poetic elements. The sounds of the flute are enhanced, manipulated and repeated in a tapestry of sound. The music becomes a lyrical experiment seeking to draw the audience into a spherical, sensual world, prolonging the moments that inspire the music.
